Corpus is right-the only honest reason that Andy took Pipe in 06' is cuz' he stomped his feet, and hooted and hollared until he got his way. Andy is a good surfer, but I seriously think someone posted this blog to get true reactions out of people, and, well, here's mine: ANDY SUCKS! AND SHOULD NEVER EVEN BE MENTIONED IN THE SAME CATEGORY AS SLATS! Take care!:) Let’s just let the surfing do the talking on that one…
Corpus is right-the only honest reason that Andy took Pipe in 06′ is cuz’ he stomped his feet, and hooted and hollared until he got his way.
Andy is a good surfer, but I seriously think someone posted this blog to get true reactions out of people, and, well, here’s mine: ANDY SUCKS! AND SHOULD NEVER EVEN BE MENTIONED IN THE SAME CATEGORY AS SLATS!

No doubt Andy surfed a fantastic final, but he literally "claimed" the scores he needed from the judges. After every amazing barrel or floater that Andy pulled off in the last few minutes, he went into a series of wild, gesticulations and screams aimed at the judges and the crowd. A great cheerleader! Kelly, on the other hand, was Kelly - who only offered a single fist pump (aimed, it seemed, at the nose of his board, NOT the crowd or judges) after an amazingly deep barrel at backdoor. (That was fun reminiscing that final). Anyhow, all of that is to say that if both are on, the only way Kelly loses, is a bit of bad luck, and/or hometown disadvantage. Later.
