As I was making my way home from my first group Y event, held up at the chic Oakley HQ this past month, I was already setting my eyes toward the April gathering. The panel discussion was very insightful, and the overall energy of all in attendance was nothing but positive.

With that being said, we would like to invite you to join us for the April gathering, which is to be held at Hensley’s Pub & Grill in Carlsbad, Ca (our backyard!). 5ones is super excited to be given the privilege to help out with this event and we are looking forward to attending and meeting others in the industry.

For any of our friends unfamiliar with group Y, I would recommend checking them out. They can be defined best by their banner on top of their home page- group Y is a collective of youth marketing & communication professionals with a focus on action sports and entertainment industries. Whether you’re heavily involved with the action sports industry or simply want to peep what’s going on behind the scenes of the sports you are passionate about, group Y has a little bit of love for everyone.
